Our founder Po-Chien Lee, with his practical experiences and expertise in the mechanical design, and with all of our staff's diligent efforts, developed the most precursory machine and established the first injection blow machine manufacturing factory-Golfang Machinery Factory (now called Golfang Mfg. & Development Co., LTD) in Taiwan in 1981.

At the beginning of the factory's establishment, due to the shortage on labors and materials, we had to cautiously utilize our resources. At the same time, we also needed to overcome all of the precision problems in the process of building machine and producing the corresponding mold. We had to break through the problems existed in the injection blow molding machines made by the advanced countries, including the difficulties in machine operation and high expenses for changing mold and machine operation. After all, we had successfully produced and sold the first set of injection blow machine into the market in 1982.

Till now, Golfang is still the leading brand in Taiwan's injection blow molding industry. Its machines are competing with the European's, American's, and Japanese's and have great reputation amount its customers and in the industry.

Taking one step at a time, Golfang has walked through twenty some years. Gather all employees' wisdoms and efforts. Provide production equipment from high-quality PC baby bottle, PE and PP medical container, eye drop bottle, PS yogurt bottle, high-quality PC, PMMA lampshade, even to super small size cosmetic, medical and food PET containers. Its injection blow molding machine and highly technically challenging mold and hot runner system are all researched and developed solely by Golfang itself. From three employees at the beginning of factory establishment, currently there are a great number of excellent business partners joining and managing the domestic and global foreign markets.

Based on the customer's samples or drawings, through the technical group's thorough manufacturing analysis, structure design, well-chosen and purchase of material, precision part process, part assembly, thorough machine test, customer inspection, product delivery, and even to the lengthy after sale technical services, Golfang makes commitment to build the equipment of the best quality, most stable condition and longest lifetime to offer to its customer to carry out the substantial production duty. 23-year long usages of machines from the first generation are still consistently in production. In view of the problem, Golfang especially designs and combines the machine and mold into one unit, which then coordinates with the plastic materials and various auxiliary equipment to properly perform thorough testing in the factory. After the customer accepts the quality and size of the product and the functions of the machine, the testing record and molding techniques are transferred over to the customer upon the equipment delivery to start production. This flow path and design are to ensure the customer receives complete manufacturing equipment without any troubles afterward.

In 1982, Golfang developed Taiwan's first set of injection blow molding equipment for PC baby bottle. At the time, Japan manufacturer still received know-how from Switzerland and the bottles from Germany's vertical injection blow molding machine even had an unsolvable problem, defective parting line. Under such circumstance, Golfang's injection blow molding equipment with low price to produce high quality baby bottles gradually replaced the position of those two main powers in Taiwan's market and won the attention from baby bottle manufacturing industry worldwide. Golfang always insists on “use the least capital to gain the most profitability and efficiency.” Through long-term refining, perfection pursuing with each passing day, accumulated technical experiences and sharing from the customers, Golfang skillfully simplified, applied and price dropped the advanced countries' extremely complicated and high priced injection blow molding equipment to successfully make its GF series which proved to conform with CE requirements by TUV Rheinland . In recent years, Golfang has developed the world's first single-stage injection stretch blow molding equipment. And rendered a theory of mold part change on the original mold base and equipment to help customer save cost and time, simplify mold changeover technique, diversify machine usages, and completely get rid of the complexity, high price and single functionality from the traditional injection blow molding equipment. Hence, in every international trade show, Golfang's equipment always draws most attention and its technical achievement gains positive confirmation from the visitors, which is the most powerful motivation to help the company continuously break through to a higher level.
